MATT ROWLAND

CEO
Matt Rowland is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Third Coast. Mr. Rowland has more than 38 years of experience in the energy industry and co-founded High Point Energy, LLC in 2010. Mr. Rowland served as SVP and Chief Operating Officer of American Midstream, a publicly traded MLP, from 2013 through 2016. Prior to founding High Point, Mr. Rowland served as VP for Asset Optimization at CIMA Energy, LTD and held various management positions at Tennessee Gas Pipeline. Mr. Rowland received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1985.
RYAN RUPE

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Ryan Rupe is the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Third Coast. Previously, Mr. Rupe served as the VP of Natural Gas Services and Offshore Pipelines and VP of Commercial Operations at American Midstream. Prior to his appointment as an officer of American Midstream, he was a Partner and served as Director of Commercial Operations for High Point Energy, LLC. Mr. Rupe joined High Point Energy from CIMA Energy LP, where he was an Owner and served as Director of Gulf Coast Trading. Mr. Rupe is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is a member of the Texas A&M Athletic Hall of Fame and Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association.
NADINE MOUSTAFA
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL & CORPORATE SECRETARY
Nadine is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Third Coast. She joined Third Coast in 2016 after more than five years with TransCanada. Nadine has more than 20 years of experience as an energy industry lawyer, starting her career in private practice with firms in New York and Washington, D.C., including Baker Botts. Nadine has a B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from Fordham Law School.
ELENA ROBCIUC
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Elena is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Third Coast. Previously, Elena’s career spans over 20 years primarily in financial advisory and corporate & investment banking, as well as private equity and investments management. Elena has led multi-disciplinary teams focusing on project and corporate lending and capital structure advisory in the oil & gas industry, including energy transition. She holds a M.B.A from the Cox School of Business at SMU, and a B.B.A. from the Academy of Economics in Bucharest, Romania.
BUDDY GRAY

Buddy Gray is the President of Services of Third Coast. Mr. Gray has been with the company since its founding in 2019. Prior to Third Coast, Mr. Gray worked at American Midstream, High Point Energy, and El Paso Corporation in various roles. Mr. Gray has a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

P. BRIAN NIELSEN
VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS & TECHNICAL SERVICES
P. Brian Nielsen is the Vice President, Operations & Technical Services for Third Coast, managing Field Operations, Engineering & Project Management, Supply Chain and EHS&R. Previously, Mr. Nielsen served as Senior Director of Gathering & Processing Operations at American Midstream. Mr. Nielsen has over 25 years’ experience in the Natural Gas and Liquids Gathering, Processing & Transmission business segments, in Operations, Engineering and Compliance Managements roles; including 15 years with Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company and 5 years with Access Midstream. Mr. Nielsen holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

AVERY PLANK
VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Avery Plank is the Vice President, Corporate Development of Third Coast. Mr. Plank previously held corporate and business development roles with Tauber Oil, Petrobull, Rangeland Energy, and American Midstream with responsibilities in acquisitions, originating greenfield opportunities, and managing startup companies. Mr. Plank’s early career focused on commodities trading in roles with NextEra Energy Resources, Cima Energy, and Cheniere Energy. He holds a BA from Concordia University and received a MA and MBA from the University of Houston.
