Third Coast is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Main Pass Oil Gathering Company, LLC (“MPOG”) has completed construction of a 6.5-mile 18-inch pipeline extending from a subsea connection in MP289 to a subsea connection with MPOG in MP268 with a capacity of up to 80,000 barrels per day. The new line was placed in service on August 20, 2022, when an affiliate of Occidental Petroleum began flowing its Horn Mountain production into the MPOG project. The MPOG project was completed on time and under budget and was key part of Third Coast’s 2022 growth strategy.
